Research, Grants and Sponsored Programs

The Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs at SUNY Cobleskill Ag & Tech assists faculty and staff in identifying and applying for in-house, foundation, state, and federal grants.

Our services include:

• Vetting/Reviewing Grants and Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs): We interpret complex grant language and strategize an approach to develop your idea.
• Writing and Budget Development: We advise you on writing the grant narrative, developing the budget, and completing the necessary paperwork.
• Facilitating Institutional Approval: All grants must be approved by the VP for Finance and the Grants Committee before drafting and must be signed off on prior to submission.
• Submission: Since most grants require submission by an Authorized Organizational Representative, we submit grants on your behalf.
